BooGio11 productions operates in a spirit of program partnership & equal exchange of energy which demands team - work and collaborative decision making, transparency and mutual respect, integrity, personal initiative has been the driving force of everything we have created so far, creativity, political and interpersonal sensitivity and professional discretion.Primarily for 2015 we are focused on putting together the 3rd Women Of India Leadership Summit. •Woils is a powerful, fun, inspiring event that will help women in the NCR empower themselves by understanding their rights and providing them with an experiential tool kit to better manage their potential & resources. • The summit was incubated as a reaction to the nation wide protests against the lack of safety and power that Indian women endure on a daily basis, that allowed the brutal gang rape and subsequent death of a young medical student in the capital in December of 2012. •The mission of the summit is to change the power dynamic that Indian women suffer by educating them about their rights, providing them with information and tools to better cement their financial position and create more safety and security. •It is also the only women’s event that is committed to bringing change for women by including sessions for men. • The summit will be held over 2 days during the day participants will attend interactive sessions with experts and in the evening there will be live entertainment in the form of musical performances and plays by some of India’s most talented artistes.
