NVC was founded in 1998 and is not only the leading lighting company in China - we are also well-known round the world. We are a family of vertically integrated companies that is unique in our field. Our factories and R&D centres in China and the UK design and manufacture one of the widest ranges of lighting products of any company today. With such a broad range of commercial, industrial, retail, decorative and exterior lighting we can generally supply almost everything required on a large project. In China we distribute our products through 37 Regional Operation Centres, supporting a total of some 3,800 NVC-branded retail outlets. Around the world we have regional offices ( UK, UAE, Singapore, Brazil ), local offices and distributors supplying and supporting our customers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South America. NVC is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange and we have a global turnover (2017) of $647 million. Our shareholders include Goldman Sachs (5%), Schneider (10%) and ETI (27%).
