Trireme Insurance Group Limited, London, has been a majority shareholder of UNIS AG since 2012. Trireme is a subsidiary of the U.S. Risk Insurance Group with its headquarters in Dallas/Texas. This ranks among the largest Lloyd’s coverholders in the USA. UNIS AG is a joint stock company under Swiss law, registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich.
