CGC is a Utah corporation that was formed in 1982 as a real estate syndication and management company. PAM is an affiliate corporation to CGC for the Tennessee entities. CGC and PAM manage 30 real estate partnerships and/or limited liability companies that include the ownership and management of 30 apartment complexes (3,500 units) in Utah, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
