Our goal at Anew Counseling Services is to create a supportive environment in which our clients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential. Our therapists take an open-minded approach and consider every aspect of our clients' lives. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, both adolescents and adults and families. Anew Counseling Services is a counseling practice compromised of clinicians with diverse backgrounds, that enable us to provide many different treatment approaches. We offer individual counseling, starting at age 12, family counseling, and group counseling. Our clinicians utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
