Skill Shift Initiative “Beredskapslyftet” (in Swedish) is the mobilization of available human resources to support Swedish healthcare providers tackle the corona virus outbreak. Skill Shift Initiative ”Beredskapslyftet” is a free of charge, coordinated pool of workers, a platform for placing people who are temporarily available and can be a resource for the heathcare system, initially in the Stockholm area. The goal is to expand the platform so that it can scale up quickly geographically and with additional companies.
