Our technology apprenticeships provide our trainees with the foundations of their employer’s company, giving them a platform for their career to flourish. There is an abundance of talent residing in the prison system, yet prison leavers’ ambitions are all too often stifled by a lack of opportunity. Our apprenticeships marry the needs of prison leavers and demands of employers, meaning they’re not just socially savvy, but business savvy too. We believe the best way to change the narrative around prison leavers is to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, and retell their own story.
