We at Sara Innovations believe that hospitals are a place where people witness not just the beginning and end of life but also all the happy and sad moments related to the health of loved ones and themselves. While birth and death are two significant occasions of one’s life and utmost care is taken to make them special/sacred respectively, it’s the other hospital experiences that need to be worked upon in order to make the hospital visit/stay hassle free. Some hospitals have the potential and the services but due to lack of brand visibility, patients lose out on availing these services and in turn hospitals lose out on cashing in on these patients.
