Mark Armbruster was at Christensen Miller, and Dale Goldsmith was chair of the Land Use Group at Greenberg Glusker. Both had grown disenchanted with the rigid structures of large firm laws and, in 2004, formed the firm in order to be able to be more flexible and more responsive to the needs of our clients.
