American Triangle Tire Technology (A3T, LLC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Triangle Tire Co. Ltd., one of the largest tire manufactures in China, is incorporated in the State of Ohio and is in the business of conducting R & D on tire technologies, tire manufacturing processes, tire manufacturing, and testing, and rubber materials and compounding.
