Our Story: As part of the plans to keep Lymm Library open, a new charity called Lymm Sanctuary Hub was set up in 2018 to oversee the delivery of community and business services to Lymm and local residents. The charity oversees a separate social enterprise called Lymm Business Centre, which offers office space, meeting and training rooms, and support services to local businesses. All trading profits from the centre go directly to the Hub to fund its community work and pay rent to LiveWire CIC who manages the Library site on behalf of Warrington Borough Council. As well as supporting the future of Lymm Library, the hub will provide invaluable, affordable and ethical support to local people and businesses. Lymm Business Centre offers: • Office and hot-desking space for small businesses and home-workers (casual basis £10/day and full time tenant under £200 per month); • Event space for workshops and small business events; • Meeting / training room for local business use; • Business support centre offering affordable services including print/copy service, postal address and mail handling, and support services from marketing and web design to IT and accountancy.
