Clients interested in hiring Sykora & Santini for their business needs can do so on an as needed basis for specific projects under which the scope of our legal representation is limited to one time projects. Or, businesses can retain our services on an ongoing basis on a variety of projects. Some of the specific services we provide are business formation (including operating documents), business start-up consultations, ongoing corporate maintenance, contract drafting and review, and employment advice. Based in Edina, but with access and flexibility to work with clients all over the Twin Cities metro area, our goal is to work with clients to plan for their future – both professionally and personally.
