The Special Representative listed was Charles D. Snelling, of Allentown. During the club’s organization, there is some correspondence between the District Governor of 743 at the time, Calvin Terry, and Rotary International, discussing the Rotary Club of Allentown and it’s release of territory to the Rotary Club of Western Lehigh County.
