In 2002 he founded Tswelopele Computer Services, which started as a value added reseller and emphasized services and consulting to differentiate itself from price orientated resellers. He did IT project management for Universal Services Agency now USAASA and Telekom Foundation nationally and TCS was the key project leader in KZN school’s cyber lab implementation. 2004 he formed TCS Training Academy as a subsidiary of TCS, specializing in SME development, organizational management and development. Tswelopele is an Accredited Training Provider with Isett Seta. Tswelopele conducted 4 major Learnerships in Gauteng and North West respectfully. He is also the founding member of Mosia Project Management & Consulting, thus done Asset Management for Limpopo Provincial Department and Limpopo Treasury. He is the sole owner of Mosia Developments which is handling construction for June 16 Committee on June 16 Memorial walls in 5 High Schools in Soweto. Mosia Developments is also sub-contracted by Kambila Construction on RDP construction for City of Johannesburg. He is also a sole owner of Mosia Logistics, which is jointly with TCS contracted to Mmela Financial Investments for transportation of IT equipments for the Department of Justice nationally on a roll out of E-Doc program for Judiciary Institutes. He is a chairperson of Tswelopele Foundation, an NGO that promotes IT awareness and facilitate funding from Seta’s and Department of Labour for Learnership and Internships. To date 200 learners have been trained on different IT levels and successfully placed in different companies.
