Cromford Film was founded in 1978, by R. A. R. Watson in conjunction with Washington H. Soul Pattinson. Over the years the business established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of Industrial Film and Sheet. In 2017 the business was purchased by the Martogg Group, as an added value opportunity for the recycling arm of the business - Martogg LCM. Today, under new ownership Cromford Film remains focused on providing sustainable, locally manufactured concrete underlay, damp proof sheeting and other industrial products to the Australian market via their production facility in Pendle Hill, Sydney.
