We are a Middlebury, VT based coffee roaster and shop. little seed COFFEE ROASTERS was created with the intention to engage people in a joyful experience drinking and sharing our coffee. We roast our seeds to bring out the best in each offering. Each roast is meant to be approachable - to the most experienced coffee drinker to the novice who wants to expand their palette. We firmly believe that complex, eye-opening, flavor-forward cofffee that is ethically-sourced and acts as a vehicle for change should be enjoyed by all.
