Establishment and realization of highly professional and modern standards of spatial development management in Georgia; 1.2. Provide highly qualified services related to spatial development management for the state and other interested persons and / or facilitating this. 1.3. Increasing the level of consciousness in the field of spatial development management; 1.4. State assistance in the development and improvement of the legislative base of spatial development management; 1.5. Protection of professional dignity, rights and freedoms; 1.6. Development of architectural profession, creation and enhancement of professional standards and ethical norms; 1.7. Promote the European Integration policy set by the state and harmonization of spatial development management issues with the best traditions and regulations of Europe. Currently, three structural parts of the institute are active: 1.1. Expertise Center 1.2. GIS and Research Center; 1.3. Innovation and IT Center.
