Serious Coffee head office is located in Duncan, BC. It is at this location that we have our coffee roasting plant as well as our bakery. Serious Coffee provides products to our 26 franchisee owned cafes located throughout Vancouver Island and only on the Island. To ensure that our customers experience the freshest cup of coffee possible we will not roast our beans until we have received an order and then ship them the next day. We do not roast and bag ahead as the foundational commitment of our company is to provide the highest quality product possible. Every cafe is locally-owned and operated we have a real connection with the communities in which we operate making us different from other corporation. Everyone involved with Serious Coffee must live on Vancouver Island so we truly are an Island company. It surprises many people when they realize that not only do we offer the freshest coffee you can get but we also take a great deal of care to offer a diverse selection of high quality teas. We have been a strong supporter of the Victoria Tea Festival since its inception and are proud to be a part of this event again this year.
