My program covers the wealth of human mind and how to make it interesting for any individual to achieve, comprehend, retention, and enjoy knowledge of reading and go back more often to point of expanding the capacity of their expertise, developing productivity preference, and share the beauty of knowledge and achievement with others. Human mind is an organized library and continuously needs renewal of data collection, comprehension, retaining data, managing the wealth of information, processing, preventing distraction, correlation of information, sharing, acquiring more storage space, data preferences, and distribution of information within the brain. Individuals need to dismiss the idea of prioritizing memorization over creative thinking and understanding. My extensive teaching expertise in higher education at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Maryville College, and Webster University helped lead under-performing students to a different level of intellectual capacity and understanding of the courses, lectures, discussions, and seminar material. I have been leading students with the C and D grade average who had a tremendous flaw in processing, focusing, retaining course material, and procedures, which prevented them from achieving the highest grade possible to acquire an A average throughout their school curriculum.
