As a result, Ricky pursued his dream and launched RIX International, LLC in Indianapolis, IN as an Executive Coaching Firm. Initially established as an Executive Coaching Firm, RIX International, LLC has expanded its offerings. Today, we are a Consulting, Coaching and Training firm.
