The Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Southern Colorado (MSA) has been serving those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in the El Paso, Pueblo and Teller counties since the mid 1960’s and we were established as an independent agency in 1979. The MSA is a group dedicated solely to assisting our clients and our mission is to provide programs, services, and resources to people with MS to help them improve the quality of their life and achieve greater hope, health, and independence. Currently we serve over 500 members by offering support, education, and exercise programs as well as resources to help increase independence and improve quality of life. Over the past nine years we at the MSA have built out our programs and are proud to offer several principal programs to benefit our members. These programs include a Men’s and Women’s Support Group, Adaptive Yoga, Therapeutic Processing Groups, Strength and Conditioning Exercise Groups, and Educational groups on symptoms and treatments.
