The mission of Optimize Passion LLC is to help passionate people and organizations thrive.  Our services are currently available to nonprofit organizations, and first-generation and nontraditional college students.  Optimize Passion LLC was established in 2020 by Jennifer Alexander, MPA, a Kansas City native with more than 8 years of nonprofit capacity building experience including organizational administration, volunteer coordination, grants management, fund development, and marketing.  She especially enjoys working with nonprofit founders, ministries, grassroots organizations and organizations transitioning from start-up to growth.  Jennifer also enjoys coaching interns and has provided supervision to eight interns and two AmeriCorps VISTAs at three different nonprofits.  Jennifer obtained her Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management in 2015 and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2011 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  She holds a Professional Certificate in Fundraising from the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership.
