The Million Dollar Teacher Project (MDTP) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit located in Phoenix Arizona. The MDTP was founded with the belief that the most effective and sustainable way to support students is to invest in quality teachers. Guided by this belief, the MDTP develops and produces programs that elevate the teaching profession by increasing the recognition, compensation, and support teachers recieve daily. Since our launch in 2016, we have celebrated 900 teachers at our "Take a Teacher to Lunch" events, given teachesr 2,000 hours of free time with the help of our Classroom Support Team, and reached 27,000 students through our work with teachers.
