Mikcon has experienced personnel and systems which enable us to complete any project from utility installation to earthworks. Mikcon are currently working on numerous RMS projects, Rail and Subdivision projects around NSW. Mikcon are now an accredited contractor to Sydney Water and can be found on the Major Works Provider list on the Sydney Water website. Mikcon has a fleet of late model machinery fully compliant with G22 and Rail Specification’s to meet all site requirements. With a growing fleet of plant and machinery, Mikcon can offer for hire excavators from 1.5T – 80T, including a full range of attachments such as xcentric ripper’s and twin headers along with a full fleet of additional earthmoving machines from graders to Articulated Dump Trucks. Mikcon’s team of on-site employees and support staff are highly skilled and trained to meet the highest of standards to meet and exceed client’s requirements. This has resulted in repeat business from Tier 1 companies such as John Holland Group, Laing O’Rourke, OHL, York, and many more. Safety is a primary focus across the entire operation of the company resulting in Zero Lost Time Injuries since the company’s inception. Mikcon and its employees maintain extremely high standards in both work safety and work quality. An example of safety initiatives shown by Mikcon, is MIkcon’s patented Spotter Control Unit (SCU). The SCU system is a remote control isolation switch enabling peripheral operatives, such as spotters, the ability to isolate an excavator remotely should it be required. This is an invaluable tool when working in close proximities to overhead services and structures.
