The AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland provides a compassionate and collaborative response to those living with, affected by and at-risk for HIV/AIDS. The agency strives to maximize each person's independence and improve quality of life. The agency provides case management, housing assistance, nutrition services, social support, prevention education and health and wellness programming to the target population.
