The Marine Diaries was created in 2018 by three marine biologists out of our passion for conservation and belief in the need for better communication about the challenges currently facing our marine environment. As both scientists and 'millennials', we believe that now is the time to capitalize on the use of social media as a communicative device; we want to get people across the globe talking about the ocean and making better choices. Through articles, interviews and visual media, we are determined to change the way that we think about the ocean.
