Atlas International Engineering Consultants formed in 2006 by our Managing Director Mr. Abdullah Naseer Saed Al Hawqani who establish a 100% fully owned Omani Consultancy Company working in the Civil, Water & Environment, Utilities & Infrastructure, Power Transmission & Distribition, Oil & Gas and Trainig Sectors. Atlas Consultancy specialized of the said sectors in the areas of HV Transmission Networks , Power Stations, & Sub Stations in the Electrical infrastructure, upstream EPC Contracts for Desalination RO Plants, Water pipeline networks, dams and roads in the Utilities and Infrastructure Sector. Atlas offers a comprehensive array of environmental and social services to support development projects and identifying and integrating the necessary environmental inputs into a project at each stage of the project development cycle. Environmental Services are strategic environmental feasibility, comprehensive baseline studies, detailed studies and investigations relating to the assessment of environmental impacts; Developing management plans/procedures and protocols during construction and operations phases of the project. Our Clients further expressed the need for on-the-job training to manage the knowledge transfer of both the management and the operational skills necessary for staff to be able to efficiently operate more complex equipment and work in a fast-changing work-place We have executed Project with high level of expertise and International Partners with quality management of projects. We have ensured that the local Omani requirements and regulations are fully integrated into our designs.
