Memci was founded in 2016, when sisters Mara and Mary, with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and market intelligence, decided to make a dream come true: to put into practice all the knowledge they acquired while working in companies that faced the most diverse problems in the commercial sector, such as the absence of a qualified pre-sales team capable of generating leads, lack of knowledge necessary to implement an efficient sales process, lack of training and qualification of the team, little budget/knowledge to invest in generation tools of leads, among many others. The desire to change and contribute to the growth of small companies whose commercial processes presented numerous difficulties motivated us to carry out several projects to help these entrepreneurs with little knowledge and resources, but with great goals, to develop a marketing plan, a solid research of market, and implement an efficient commercial process with adequate tools for its growth and achievement of results. And that's how this story began, in a room with few resources. However, thanks to our enormous desire to help, the knowledge and experience we have acquired, we have conquered several clients who believed in our purpose of helping companies that do not have a commercial or marketing area, that do not have the time or much money to leverage their results. . Based on the experience we have gained, we have restructured our business to better serve our customers. Today, we have our own methodology and training of professionals to manage the pre-sales process, from capturing leads, segmentation, identifying opportunities, to the sales process itself.
