Excelsior Real Estate (XLCR) is a boutique property company based in Dubai; providing brokerage and consulting services on luxury homes and off-plan realty projects throughout the UAE. Formed in 2022, the two co-founders collectively possess nearly 50 years real estate experience, each of whom have resided and sold property in Dubai since 2008 and 2010. Throughout this 14 and 12 year period both Lyndsey and Nick have forged long-term relationships with buyers, sellers and property developers; resulting in a market-wide network.
