GAOGE Bridge Design Research Center was first established in 1998 in Xiamen,China. Following the great success of GAOGE’s projects Shanghai GAOGE Engineering Design Company was opened in 2004. The new center expanded its offer and currently GAOGE’s services apart from bridge design include landscape design, public space design, night scenery/lighting design, civil engineering and eco-friendly architecture. GAOGE was the first bridge design company to broaden the work scope and combine various architectural disciplines, from the engineering and technical specifications to aesthetics and cultural references. It has completed many large projects such as Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge and may others; currently working on the design of famous Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macao Bridge. Through working on numerous projects in China and abroad, GAOGE, has established an extensive business cooperation with governmental departments and well-known domestic and international design and engineering companies. GAOGE employs specialists from China and abroad, ensuring the highest standards from planning and design to full service and on-site guidance. Since establishment, GAOGE, carried out hundreds of projects achieving outstanding results, accumulating the experience and gaining recognition in the industry.
