Architectural Design Studio AMB is a partnership established in 1992 as an Architectural Engineering firm, located in Belgrade, Serbia, with Office in USA, Rockville, MD. In 2003 we entered the United States design market as Strategic Partner to design firms. Since then, we worked with several Architectural and MEP design firms in providing wide range of different services: creating construction set of drawings from our partner's schematic or design development stage drawings, BIM and Web Design. We have successfully worked with our partners on Assisted Living facilities, Office Buildings with parking garages, warehousing and interior projects. All projects are completed with true understanding client's needs and are in compliance with applicable building codes and other regulations, including accessibility requirements and the latest sustainable design requirements of LEED. We have worked with developers and contractors on a variety of high-quality projects in the former Yugoslavia and the former Soviet Union. These projects range from small renovations and multi family residential projects to hotels and commercial and industrial projects.
