In 1992, Crew Asia, Inc was created by former yacht Captain, Alan Mill-Irving, observing the potential in Filipinos as yachting Crew. Since the Company was set up it has been supplying crew exclusively to the mega yacht industry. Its first client still remains a client. The number of yachts has grown to more than 200 and the number of crew currently exceeds 600. Both client and crew numbers continue to grow. This is a boutique company that has found its niche. It takes pride in its culture – personalized service, customer oriented, and efficient. Its vision to be the leading provider of Filipino Crew to this industry through competent and efficient service has been an actuality since its inception. Crew Asia has a strategy of creating real partnerships with both its crew and clients. The Company is accredited with the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) regulations and is MLC 2006 compliant.
