International Orange Chorale of San Francisco
www.iocsf.orgRecipient of the 2011 Chorus America / ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming, the International Orange Chorale of San Francisco (IOCSF), led by Artistic Director Zane Fiala, was founded in 2003. Named after the color of the Golden Gate Bridge, the International Orange Chorale of San Francisco is an auditioned volunteer-based chamber choir devoted to performing established repertoire of all periods, with particular attention to contemporary music including newly commissioned works by promising composers. IOCSF is committed to performing public concerts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in order to expand the audience for choral music, and since its founding has produced exclusively free concerts to the public. IOCSF was also created to provide a community where young adult singers with extensive musical backgrounds can come together to create music of high artistic standards with their peers. The International Orange Chorale of San Francisco is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
