The IEEE Egypt section is supervising various activities in Egypt universities through IEEE student branches. Our Mission: We aim to yield the student a functional experience through their participation in many activities so they can acquire various technical and non-technical skills that will provide him a competitive edge in his career life. Also, he would be experienced through industry links that have depth, duration, influence and sophistication. Our Goals: 1. Train and Coach engineers via courses, activities and workshops in technical and non-technical fields 2. To participate in engineers’ competitions locally and internationally 3. Shorten the gap between universities and labor market Achievements: 1. Successfully Coached and encouraged 1500+ students who excelled in their fields through various workshops and trainings in embedded systems, communications, electronics, electricity, computers and algorithms. 2. Created and supervised a 2 months training program “Code Bakers” which was launched in 2013 and is still actively running and preparing students for international competitions such as IEEE Xtreme. 3. In 2018 ,2019 and 2020, Trainees and teams from IEEE Al-Azhar, engineering programs and computer systems programs competed in IEEE Xtreme winning the top 4 ranks locally and were among the highest ranks internationally. 4. Founded and directed various workshops in English Skills, Human Resources, Programing Skills, Microcontrollers, MATLAB – N+, Web Development, Java, Android, Cyber Security and Linux systems. 5. Created and organized a special training program "Junior Khwarizmi" for children. 6. In 2013, we administered a summer training program focusing Algorithm Skills, Web Development, Java, Android, Cyber Security and Linux systems.
