Meet the financial advisor: Kevin Mills Kevin was born in 1956 and grew up in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where he attended Ellis Robins Boys High School in Harare. After completing school, Kevin served for three years in the British South Africa police before immigrating to South Africa. Kevin has been an independent financial advisor since 1985 and holds a Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of South Africa and a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Nelson Mandela Metropole University, Port Elizabeth. Kevin has successfully completed the First Level Regulatory Examination: FSPs (Sole Proprietors) and Key Individuals in Categories I, II, IIA, III and IV. Kevin has successfully completed the First Level Regulatory Examination: Representatives.
