PRO Leadership is a non-profit organization aimed at inspiring, training, and mentoring leaders who cannot access and afford formal leadership programs and resources. Its motto is PROmoting Leadership, PROducing Leaders! PRO Leadership envisions ordinary individuals becoming leaders and maximize their potential, which in turn contributes towards individual and collective success at family, organizational, national, and global level. It has three Programs to achieve its mission: 1. Leadership Advocacy, which uses conferences, web site, social networks, magazine, etc to promote the true definition, roles, and benefits of leadership, especially in communities where leadership is less recognized and appreciated. 2. Leadership Development, which develops the leadership skills of leaders using trainings and mentoring. 3. Leadership Outreach, which reaches out the youth and students in their high school and colleges and inspire them to take leadership role while they are still young and at school.
