We also do much more besides. We are a privately run company set up when the owners (Peter and Colette) bought a property as an investment for themselves. Very quickly friends asked if we could help, then friends of friends. That is how the company was formed in 1997. Clients range from people with one property, to clients for whom we’ve helped build large property portfolios. We’ve also helped institutions to set up and run £100m funds. Our philosophy is that if we do a good job, happy clients will buy again and again and tell their friends. Our advice is always free, and we give regular updates so you can find out what’s happening on the ground, as it happens. WHAT WE DO Buying well. The key to any investment is location. Our buyers consider every property (on and off market opportunities). We cherry pick those that work best as an investment and negotiate the best possible price. Renovating on budget. To maximise value and rents, we typically put a new interior into a traditional property, retaining original features. We carry out full renovations in 8 weeks for a fixed budget and our experience saves clients time and money. Furnishing. Our interiors team furnish, style and then video the properties. We source a blend of furniture and accessories which are durable and affordable, direct from the factory. Management. As ARLA agents, we cover all aspects of letting and tenancy management. In addition to all the essentials, we put a particular focus on maximising occupancy. As investors ourselves, you’ll find us to be very “investor friendly”.
