Started in 1998, Alliance Project Development, LLC was founded to cater to hoteliers, acting as their project development liaison from project conception through completion. Our clients are investors and venture capitalists who have a vision of developing a successful and profitable business but need the assistance of industry professionals to make that dream a reality. We assist in conceiving, planning and developing projects related to hospitality, residential and commercial enterprise. We have worked with nearly every major hotel franchise in the business including Marriott, Intercontinental, Hilton, and more. Founded by Himanshu “Mak” Makwana, Mak has successfully designed and executed more than 90 full-service, limited service and extended stay hotel projects, and multi-family projects of all sizes.
