Gretel & Belle is on a mission to build a food system that is adventurous, sustainable and most of all, delicious. This year we launched the UK’s first and only horchata drink, a 3,000 year old plant-based beverage made with tiger nuts. We exist to challenge the status quo by innovating forgotten, unique food and beverages and developing circular solutions to society’s enormous food waste problem.
