Helpful means to address your ministry in practical, strategic ways so that your faithfulness to God can show results for God’s Kingdom. Change is the operational dynamic of our time, and change is happening at warp speed. Congregations, Clergy, and Church Leaders of necessity must be in an adaptive mode that is learning and making adjustments along the way, setting goals and strategies that puts your ministry on a missional path. Hopeful means that as you begin to see more effectiveness in your ministry, you and your congregation will begin to be hopeful. You see God at work and become more enthused about being God’s agents of transformation in your ministry setting. Transformational refers to God’s work, shaping us in the image of Christ and guiding us on God’s mission of bringing God’s redemptive love to a broken and suffering world. Only God can bring about transformation, but there are ways we can work with God that enables transformation in and around us. Therefore, Transform Your Ministry carries out its ministry in the context of prayer and spiritual discernment.
