The Birdie Lou Counseling Center is the first project of the Sierra Meadows Foundation, under the Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health umbrella. We are dedicated to contributing to a higher quality of life for all, especially those individuals who cannot afford mental health services on their own. As the need for affordable mental health services has grown in our local community, our passion for the community has driven the desire to open a free counseling center as a way to meet this need through the Sierra Meadows Foundation. The Birdie Lou Counseling center offers free therapeutic services to the community.
