The purpose of the Workforce Development Board of Trumbull County is to identify the long-term, strategic workforce development needs of the community; propose strategies to meet those needs; set priorities; build partnerships to align resources in support of those strategies; test specific initiatives to advance those ends; and measure and evaluate results. Workforce development, businesses, education, community service, and economic development organizations in Trumbull County have been working together to enhance the design and delivery of employer-driven recruitment, education, and training strategies in the region.
