Scope of Activities During the last decade, the method of project financing has significantly been changed. Among the financing bodies, having thus far been only the Hungarian State Budget and various funds, new organisations entered the system, such as EIB, IBRD and PHARE. These financial institutions demanded procedures generally accepted in their practices such as international participation, tender procedures, work contacts and project management all conducted in accordance with the FIDIC system.
