Formed in 1962, Kendall Kingscott is a multi discipline practice of Chartered Architects, Building Surveyors, CDM Advisors, Principal Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Interior Designers which now has in excess of 140 staff working throughout the South, South East and South West of England and South Wales from offices in Bristol, Exeter, Teddington and Ringwood. We aim to provide a personal service and on all projects clients will deal with a Director. We are proud that much of our work is ‘repeat business’ from satisfied clients - evidence, we believe, of our ability to engage with our clients’ teams, understand their needs and deliver successful projects. Since the company’s formation in 1962 the majority of Kendall Kingscott’s work has been for public sector organisations. These include local authorities, police authorities, education providers at primary, secondary, higher and further levels, health authorities and registered social landlords. Many of these appointments are through framework agreements and term contracts and we are proud of our record of renewals of these frameworks - several of which are in their second or third iteration. In addition to our core disciplines of Architecture, Building Surveying, CDM Services, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying and Project Management we are able to offer a number of complementary consultancy services to our clients including; Passivhaus Design, Party Wall Surveying, Fire Risk Assessment, Accessibility Consultancy, SAP and Energy Assessments.
