Physiofit has appointments available Monday through Friday to discuss, treat and manage your health and fitness needs. The Team The staff at Physiofit are friendly, caring and professional. We have six fully qualified physiotherapists, as well as remedial massage therapists, who are dedicated to helping you manage your health and fitness solutions. Exercise Classes Physiofit provides exercise classes to suit a range of health and fitness requirements. Classes include Aquafitness, Wellness with Weights, Back and Core Care, as well as a range of Pilates classes and group personal training sessions. Women’s Health Physiofit provides a number of services for women, including specialised pre and post natal care. We offer hospital visits for women post natal, gynaecological and urological surgery. Physiofit is also now a provider for the Pink Pilates Program.
