Our services and products include gender and diversity audits, customized executive education, gender and diversity strategizing, presentations and a Serious Game - Mosaic - about diversity and inclusion. We use creative arts and scalable game-inspired tools for learning, team building and business development. On the Agenda's mission is to build inclusive businesses by providing unique scalable consulting services and training that draw on creative-arts and game-inspired methods and state-of-the-art knowledge about gender and diversity management. On the Agenda was founded in 2014 by Lynn Roseberry, Ph.D., and Johan Roos, Ph.D. as a result of their collaboration as co-authors of the book, Bridging the Gender Gap: Seven Principles for Achieving Gender Balance (Oxford University Press 2014; 2016).
