Barito Pacific operates in the petrochemical and energy sectors. Barito owns a controlling stake in Chandra Asri, Indonesia's only integrated petrochemical cracker. Barito also owns a controlling interest in Star Energy, the largest geothermal power producer Indonesia and the third largest in the world. Barito is also building a 2x1000 MW coal fired power plant as a partner with PLN, Indonesia's state owned energy company.
