The Epum Marina Partners team has worked on more than 500 marina projects and has a proven track record with both institutional and local capital sources. We are currently allocating our first $50m fund and are looking to buy marinas with more than 100 wet slips or dry racks and more than 70% of revenue coming from wet slips, dry racks, and service.
