Imocom Group started trading in 1993, when it marketed and built residential buildings as Imocom Construção, and later expanded its range of business to include different segments of the market. Today, although a large portion of its portfolio of projects is associated with Tourism, its business interests still include property development through Imocom Imobiliária, which gives equal weight to housing, offices, retail premises, infrastructures and refurbishment projects. Through its subsidiary Imocom Industria, the company has recently added new areas to its portfolio which complement its property business, such as building materials manufacture, quarrying and a water bottling plant. The range of projects and businesses is a feature of Imocom Group, where quality and innovation are already hallmarks of its undertakings. Indeed a number of its award-winning projects are the benchmark for the real estate sector in Portugal.
