We are a private foundation that promotes increased Native Hawaiian representation in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) industries through investments in culturally-centered STEM programs and other initiatives. Named in honor of the late Warren Nakupuna Ah Loo, the Nakupuna Foundation is a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration to participate in the 8(a) Business Development program as a Native entity. The Foundation holds majority ownership of the Nakupuna Companies, a family of businesses that specialize in providing services to government clients, and ensures that proceeds from the Nakupuna Companies support the Foundation's mission and local communities at our business locations.
